Dokagenda is an appointment scheduling software allowing service providers to manage the appointments of their clients. Service providers include medical and paramedical professionals and any other service-based contractors and organizations.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell your information to any third party.

What personal data do we collect?

Personal data is data or pieces of information that could allow you to be personally identified. We may collect and store data about you including the following :

• Your name;
• E-mail address;
• Language information;
• Location information;
• Phone number;
• Appointments (upcoming and past) with your service provider;
• Communication exchanges including private messages sent by you to your service provider or to our customer service team and your appointment reminders;
• Technical information such as website preferences, login information, time-zone setting, browser type, device type;
• Information required by your service provider for the performance of the service; and
• Other information provided by you.

How do we collect personal data?

Automatically via our sites: you may provide us with data about you by filling in the forms on our site, making appointments with your service provider and sending private messages to your service provider or to our customer service team.

By phone/email: your service provider collects personal data on our sites when you call or email your service provider to make an appointment.

How do we use personal data?

We do not sell your personal information to anyone for any purpose.

Your personal data is used by

• Dokagenda in order to operate and to communicate with you. Communications include account validation, welcome letters, technical support, security announcements and appointment reminders by email and SMS;
• Your service provider in order to record, access, modify or cancel your appointment and to perform the services; and
• Your service provider’s assistants (such as a secretary, a colleague or an operator in a call center) in order to record, access, modify or cancel your appointment.

Accessing your personal data

Dokagenda gives you the possibility to view or edit your personal information online. To help prevent your personal information from being viewed by others, you first will be required to sign in.

You can access and update your profile by visiting the profile management page after logging in.

Updating your notification preferences

You can adjust your consent to receive emails and SMS from Dokagenda at any time by visiting the profile management page after logging in.

Your right to be forgotten

You can submit a request to be forgotten from our system. To submit a request please send us an email at info@dokagenda.be
